A Supreme Court clerk reports that shouting and conflict between the justices of the nation's highest court occurred on Friday, Dec. 11, as the court was deciding to reject a Texas lawsuit challenging presidential election results in four key swing states.

"He said they met in person; they didn't trust the telephonic meeting," Howard-Browne says. "Chief Justice Roberts was screaming, 'Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case?'" And then Roberts went on to say [to Justice Neil Gorsuch], "Don't tell me about Bush versus Gore. We weren't dealing with riots then, and you're forgetting what your role is."

"And I don't want to hear anything from the two junior justices," Roberts added, the clerk told Howard-Browne's source. The clerk said Roberts went on to say, "I will tell you how to vote," and that "Justice Clarence Thomas said, 'This will end be the end of democracy, John.'"

SCOTUS did not step up, throwing the nation into weakmess and disorder.Let them yell. They did not yell loudly enough.

Congress will decide on 6th January, joint session of Congress presided over by VP Mike Pence who gets to count the votes.

It would seem to indicate that BLM and Antifa have a stranglehold over the Supreme Court, and by extension, the Republic.

I don’t know if it’s true. But if it is, I don’t believe for a moment that Roberts did it out of fear of riots and getting blamed for it. There is only one motivation for Roberts — and that is to get Trump out of office.

If the conservative justices had joined together and voted their Constitutional beliefs, we would have found out what it is that Roberts is so afraid of, whether it is an outside force or his political beliefs.

I don't question for a second that the SC justices punted on a matter they should have taken up. They could have ruled against Trump after hearing the Texas arguments, but they didn't even do that - they completely dodged the case instead. John Roberts is a proven coward, but I'd hoped for better from some of the other justices.

All that said, I don't buy the quotes in this story at all.
