Calling Judge Brann a Marxist is far off the mark. Yes, he was an Obama appointee, that is true but that was done as a compromise with Senator Toomey. Toomey wanted Mathew Brann to fill that seat, not Obama. I know Judge Brann. He and I were classmates years ago, and I havenâÂÂt had any interaction with him since then. He is a very traditional Reagan-Bush Republican, who sits as the only federal judge assigned to the quaint city of Wiliamsport, PA. It is best known for hosting the Little League World Series each year.
The Trump campaign choose to file their PA lawsuit in federal court in Williamsport, as they wanted this judge to hear the case. He will do a fair job. Expect some action over the weekend in the federal courts on this. Judge Brann will do nothing to obstruct appellate review potentially to SCOTUS. So, stay tuned for further developments later this week.
I just checked his post history - he’s one of the Fearper concern trolls always posting about the China Plague. He just insulted Don Jr. in another thread for getting COVID. A real class act. The Viking Kitties will eventually catch up with him.
Note that I said that was pure speculation on my part. I made it up. I have no idea who he is and really don’t care. Anyone steeped with a long history in the Republican party and is employed by government is suspect in my book. I have zero trust in government right now.

Like claiming that a Dem-minion voting machine that can physically process 3200 votes per hour actually was able to process 12,000 votes per hour.
I can just imagine what went down on the conference call between the governors and the Dominion minions when they told airheads like Titsmer and Wolfie that Trump was so popular that he broke their software, and they'd have to have their people forge a bunch of ballots.
Of course they forgot that Trump would call them on their fraud, unlike gimps like Milt or Paul Ryan.

Death threats (if that’s what actually happened) should be taken seriously, and criminal complaints should be filed.
I tend to believe someone if they threaten me, and take any and all measures necessary to negate that threat.
Kirkland is usually thought of as a Republican-leaning law firm, although I am sure that a lot of their individual lawyers are Democrats. No law firm of any repute, however, will put up with garbage like this from one of their young lawyers - they don’t want the bad publicity or their clients knowing of it - I would guarantee the little creep who made these threats is typing resumes and figuring out how he can live off termination payments right now.

Matthew Brann's name came up last week, and I keep tabs on federal judges for the forum.
It was an event of remark that the Trump campaign filed in Williamsport, because Brann is the ONLY Middle District Pennsylvania judge assigned to that duty station.
Brann is one of the few Obama judges that I didn't insult with the "clownbammyjudge" or "odiousbamajudge" tag - but I bothered to look into his record...
