I went looking for an article or tweet on this and did not find anything so I am just posting a vanity.
Kirkland Ellis, one of the law firms representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Secretary of State has stepped down. They are no longer representing the SoS. This comes after employees of Kirkland Ellis threatened members of President Trump's legal team and their families.
The Trump Campaign asked a court for sanctions against Kirkland Ellis earlier in the day. The Marxist Judge did not find in favor of the Trump Campaign. I suspect that the evidence of physical threats was so great that Kirkland Ellis saw the writing on the wall and knew that an appeal was eminent and would find against them. (How is that for spin? Maybe Fox News or CNN would hire me given the last sentence is pure speculation on my part.)

Kirkland and Ellis is not about to be sanctioned because of some rumor that “employees where threatening the Trump family.”
That is just stupid.
K & E is a white shoe law firm that is ass-deep in GOP money. They are getting away from this shit show, because there is no good publicity they can gain from this farce.

A Kirkland & Ellis associate left a hateful/harassing voice message last week for the lead lawyer for the Trump campaign — campaign lawyer asked for sanctions but so far the court has done nothing on this. The Trump lawyer has had death threats, courtesy Lincoln Project doxing.

A Kirkland & Ellis associate engaged in behavior that could lead to disbarment for not only the associate, but several partners. K&E tried to play the, “It wasn’t our fault game,” but that’s now how the law works.
