Kirkland is usually thought of as a Republican-leaning law firm, although I am sure that a lot of their individual lawyers are Democrats. No law firm of any repute, however, will put up with garbage like this from one of their young lawyers - they don’t want the bad publicity or their clients knowing of it - I would guarantee the little creep who made these threats is typing resumes and figuring out how he can live off termination payments right now.
All I know is what I read in this transcript online:
