Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Definitely reveal the people doing the unmasking related to Flynn. Unclear whether that means we’ll get a list of people who unmasked Flynn alone or identify those people unmasking and then release all of the people they sought to unmask ... or both. I vote for both. Do we have a second?

I didn't even disagree! I was pointing out the fact that the FBI can run a human spy without a warrant. i wasn't defending it, it's just a clinical quirk in the law. Wiretap? Need a warrant. In person? Just do it, no court approval needed.
It's an interesting fact that most people don't think about. Our natural inclination is that it is even more unsavory to run an in-person spy.

Yes. That’s where I first discovered it. The link and document submission process was still functioning 5 minutes ago. The form asked for your name, city, length of service, highest position attained, administrations served under, and maybe one or two other things but not much more.

To arrest a former president, there would need to be a lot of preparation for the public to accept it. There would be a need for news stories of corruption that has gone on for months dominating the news so the public understands what is happening. In other words, it should not be a surprise.
Now you're thinking. Did you hear that #Obamagate is trending on twitter? Have you heard of Birthergate? The groundwork is being laid with military precision. The field is being sown as we speak. The branding has been initiated.
Now all The Donald needs to do is lay out the evidence, and the evidence is vast. What would the public think if they found out that a moslem enemy was inserted into the Oval Office with the intent to take down America? What if they found out that he ordered the assassination of the man that stood in his and his organization's way?
