To arrest a former president, there would need to be a lot of preparation for the public to accept it. There would be a need for news stories of corruption that has gone on for months dominating the news so the public understands what is happening. In other words, it should not be a surprise.

Now all The Donald needs to do is lay out the evidence, and the evidence is vast. What would the public think if they found out that a moslem enemy was inserted into the Oval Office with the intent to take down America? What if they found out that he ordered the assassination of the man that stood in his and his organization's way?
Recall that 'they have it all'.
