Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I think you are on to something. But instead of being arrested, I think, given his age and thus coronavirus risk factor, Soros will die of it and some of his minions will be arrested, including perhaps his son.
The story will be that one of these minions came forward with information after Soros passes or somehow through his passing evidence of his manipulation was discovered.
That’s a strong possibility. I’m still scratching my head over where that ‘special place’ they have picked out for Soros is.

This may not be the event that facilitates unseal/arrest but may just serve a way to interdict “predictable” BlackHat acts on the populous (see list above).

What you’re saying makes sense. Q said something to the effect that the first arrests would be meaningful. Taking out the operatives (car bombers, shooters, etc.) and the puppet masters would be a game changer. We all want to see the Obamas, Clintons, Holders, etc. get arrested. None more than I, but removing the muscle of the operation is a lot more important, operationally speaking than taking out Obama or Hillary. Once the string pullers are taken out, the Obama’s and Clintons will be essentially impotent, and easy pickings.
