I think Schumer talking to an empty chair, Pelosi resorting back to prior incoherent behavior which previously disappeared when she had to fight to keep her gavel, and then Biden may all be portraying themselves as helpless/incompetent for trial. But Biden doesn’t realize he doesn’t need to boost that impression. :/
