Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

While I can't verify the credibility of Hodges - that Dems want a civil war - I have been posting the idea for some months now.
Perhaps the most compelling evidence of the reality of the idea is the current conservative misconception that the Dems are in process of committing political suicide with their various extreme positions (e.g. gun confiscation) and their conducting impeachment hearings on a solely partisan basis using tactics that violate multiple principles of universal human rights.
We need to be extremely careful at this juncture. Perhaps that is what we are expected to believe. What if the Dems are not aiming their actions at the approval of the popular electorate via the ballot box? What if they have something more clandestine up their elitist sleeves?
Inquiring minds want to know: why are our enemies seemingly forsaking popular elections? Do they have an alternate strategy planned? Would that strategy fall into the category of conventional or would it possibly be extra-Constitutional? Should we be prepared for all exigencies, expected and unexpected?
It is clear that the Dem strategy openly has been to divide the nation - divide and blame their enemies for the breach; Divide and Conquer. Their poorly educated poorly informed lemming followers have been prepared for civil conflict for some time - have been openly and actively practicing violent suppression of opposing ideas; those efforts have been well financed by super rich, super powerful nearly unreachable figures.
IMHO there are even darker diabolical forces behind this movement, but that has no direct bearing on this current situation. Our current challenge is how to deal with a looming threat of a civil war - should such a condition manifest itself - and to determine if there is a peaceable solution without undue compromise.
Otherwise to be prepared to defend the Republic as our forefathers did.

At one time, violence was criticized. Groups like Antifa would not have been allowed to be violent with out legal repercussions. Today—crickets for the most part-that shows that they want the violence.
Pretty obvious they want a civil war. If that happens, we are ripe for China, Russia, UN whoever to step in and help take us down. In fact, they likely have factions here trying to stir up unrest—just like they tried to do in the 60s-Commies wanted a race war. Don't think they really gave up on the idea.
Last time, our country was more united, our churches and institutions and traditions were stronger. We were more homogeneous as a society. Different from today with the identity politics and war on Christianity, the constitution due to lawfare etc.
