Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

What has been requested for 'activation' are Marine Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (EPLO). Individual Ready Reserve (IRRs) as Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMAs) will provide this function as NORTHCOM and USINDOPACOM, U.S. Northern Command AND United States Indo-Pacific Command has requested the 'activation' of these guys. And have filed with SECNAV (Secretary of the Navy) to do this involuntarily. Once SECNAV approves the request they can source these guys involuntarily. {probably getting all they want anyway. IMAs live for this stuff.
Their jobs will be routing of Marine Resource Order Writing Service (MROWS) approvals. All the other stuff is as required.
These guys/gals won't be 'in the field' and the units they source won't get there tomorrow 1-2 weeks maybe after being called.
USMC units are obviously available anytime since they are already 'active'. This is only if they need the USMCR Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) as manpower.
If the President wants, SECNAV will make the call. As of now he hasn't.
As far as the 'unprecedented'; it has happened before, but it is unprecedented for NORTHCOM since it wasn't organized until 2002.

...it’s not just a convenient drinking fountain in fancy European bathroms.
Even knowing it is coming, it still takes days to work through and is held on a normal drill date. If it was for real (real deployment somewhere) it would still take days. An exception to this is Reserve aviation units, as the bulk of the maintainers are already on AD and there are always plenty of Reserve bums around to get crews together and pay them via other types of pay before they can get orders cut. While the time it takes may seem excessive, Reserve personnel need to be on orders legally. Current active units are already covered in that regard but a 'drop everything go to X tomorrow' us a non-starter as well. At best, you'd get an advance party in place within 24 hours with the main unit to follow. That's what XOs and assistant 'S' officers are for.
Would more than likely do USAF Air Mobility Command, activate the USMCR C-130 units or if within a few hundred miles road march it.

Holy mudpuddles!!! As far as I know, none of my posts ever made someone feel dirty before, (except that time I posted to Joe-30330-BR549, and told him to keep his dirty paws off all those women and girls). That made Joe feel really dirty, because Joe IS really dirty! :-)
A couple quick clarifications:
In recent days, others here on FR have already pointed out many of these connections in various posts, and that article was simply tying together those various historical facts, in order to show why Romney jumped in so fast like a slithering demonrat, in response to that innocuous Trump phone call. However, be that as it may, we really don't need that "controversial" article to spell it all out for us. We know the following facts about some of those connections, indicating where some of these shady characters crossed paths, and where their careers intersected/overlapped in the past.
(And, mairdie, I truly am sorry that the article I linked to caused you to feel dirty. I hope and trust that since my post with that link has now been deleted, you are feeling fine, and clean as a whistle now!) :-)

Amazing how many people always have to PANIC RIGHT NOW.
It was just over a week ago this new fake Ukraine scandal using a fake whistleblower was rolled out to provide pretext for pushing forward with impeachment of President Trump.
For 3 days I had people tweeting at me in an absolute panic.
Then Trump declassified BOTH the call transcript & and the fake whistle blower complaint.
AND STILL people were panicking as if this impeachment was going anywhere.
The entire fake Trump/Ukraine scandal blew up this past week.

A couple quick clarifications:
1. It wasn’t a “link” that was deleted in that person’s original post, ransomnote, but. rather, it was the entire thread, and I thought it had been deleted because the whole article was posted in the thread, and I know that is generally frowned upon here, due to copyright issues.
2. The reason I posted the link to that article here, was NOT because of the very brief mention in the article of “9/11”, or to advance any “conspiracy theories”. The main thrust and essential theme of that article I linked to, was, to me, a plausible-sounding explanation of why Romney blasted Trump about that phone call with Ukraine, before he was even able to be made aware of that call’s actual contents, and now seems so hot to pursue impeachment with the demonrats, and I wanted to share that article, which someone else had posted first in another FR thread, with everyone here in the Q thread, after I saw a post where a poster here in this Q thread was actually looking for the link to that same article. As I see it, that article could not possibly be honestly and accurately characterized as a “9/11 conspiracy article”. The brief reference in the article to 9/11 was mainly just to show the connections that Romney has had in the past, with Ukraine, Cofer Black, John Brennan, and the rest of the “Six-Ways-From-Sunday” gang.

Levin is talking to Robert Ray, the Whitewater Independent Counsel. I just caught part of the show but it is excellent, analytically lays out the legal points of impeachment and the dangers it poses to our Constitutional form of govt.
Needless to say, the Dems are so far off of the rails that our Constitutional Republic cannot survive if the Dems succeed. Even foreign and third world countries are shocked at the kangaroo court procedures being used.
