Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

What is NXIVM (pronounced nek-see-um)? NXIVM was started in 1998 in the upstate NY area by disgraced multi-level-marketer Keith Raniere and bills itself as an organization for personal development that trains people in "human empowerment". In March 2018, Raniere and five of his top inner-circle were indicted by Federal authorities on a variety of charges related to racketeering, conspiracy, money-laundering, sex offenses, human trafficking, and more. The five other women have all pleaded out around April, leaving Raniere as the only person at the jury trial that started on May 7th. Raniere and his top lieutenants have long, deep ties to many NY politicians including Clinton, Gillibrand, Cuomo, and others. The news media is barely reporting this story for obvious reasons.
Raniere was found guilty on all charges by the jury on June 19, 2019. His sentencing is scheduled for September 25, 2019. He faces life in prison.

Since there has been lots of discussion on the Manhattan Federal jail where several luminaries are spending their nights these days, let's review. First, the longest recently notable tenant is Keith Raniere, leader of the NXIVM sex-trafficking cult. Following his extradition from Mexico in Spring, 2018, he was housed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC). Since he was denied bail of any sort, Raniere was in a pre-trial confinement status until his guilty verdict on June 19th. After that, he was moved to a convict status, but will remain at the MCC until his sentencing in late September. Following his sentencing, he'll be assigned by the BOP to a Federal facility elsewhere. While at MCC, he was variously held in the sex-offender's wing, SHU, and GenPop. Mostly with the sex criminals. SHU is "Security Housing Unit", aka solitary, aka the hole. He was in SHU two or three times for running into other people's fists with his face and pudgy body. The next notable arrival is Jeffrey Epstein, aka prisoner number 76318-054 (you can lookup prisoners here). He is being held pre-trial and based on the news today bail is not looking like an option he'll get. He should be held in the sex-offenders wing also, but may still be in 'initial processing' and kept separated from other prisoners. Finally, someone who is doubtless in solitary is Joaquin "El Chapo" ("shorty") Guzman. The question is, where is he? He was found guilty on all charges February 12, 2019, in Manhattan Federal court. His sentencing is scheduled for July 17 (Wednesday). The only Joaquin Guzman listed in the BOP directory is at the Ft. Devins FCI. In New Jersey. Is he in Manhattan or Ft. Devins? Observers believe that El Chapo will eventually find himself at the Florence Supermax in Colorado following sentencing.

The next major legal action in the NXIVM case is sentencing. Kudos to Frank Report for keeping on top of this. Let's review where the convicted felons stand. Keith Raniere is scheduled to be sentenced at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 25th. No changes there. Lauren Salzman and Allison Mack are still scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday, September 11th at, respectively, 11:00 AM and 12:00 Noon. No changes there. But look what else has happened. Nancy Salzman, Clare Bronfman, and Kathy Russell, which were scheduled for July 10, July 25, and July 31, have been indefinitely postponed by the judge. Coincidentally, these three were not cooperating witnesses by all accounts. Allison Mack and Lauren Salzman provided cooperation with the prosecution. Lauren even testified for a couple days. Mack was supposedly ready and willing to testify. We think this is a good indicator that Clare, Nancy, and Kathy are facing more charges very soon. Huzzah!

Well, Keith Raniere wasn't watching the water at his sex-cave. His townhouse in Halfmoon, NY, has not only been seized by the Feds, it has also been condemned. It reportedly has 'water damage throughout'. That might have something to do with the fact that his bed upstairs, that was suspended over a hot tub in his bedroom via pulleys, all came crashing down to the first floor sometime this past winter. Don't worry, the piano broke the fall. Probably a stein-weigh. [snicker]
Two applications ruled on recently by Judge Garaufis were from Lauren Salzman and Nancy Salzman. Lauren asked the judge to remove her ankle bracelet and release her from house arrest and curfew. Serious? Denied. Her mom, Nancy Salzman, also asked for relief from all restrictions. Also denied. The judge handwrote on both requests, "Application Denied" with no further comment. Nancy remains free on a $5 million bail, has daily curfew, restricted travel, and an ankle monitor. No word yet whether Clare, Kathy, or Allison will ask for removing restrictions. Does anyone think any of these women wouldn't run the first chance they get???

Keith Raniere has contracted a pretty nasty case of ringworm in prison. Rumor has it that he got this right at the end of the trial. The prison doctors, already tired of seeing him and naming him as a hypochondriac, have been giving him topical cream but not oral medicine that would work much better. Ringworm is a fungus and it likes dirty, hairy areas to spread. That means the Vanguard is pretty much infected head to toe across his filthy, hairy, body. About everyone who's ever met him has remarked how he really doesn't bathe and his body odor would gag a maggot. These things happen, I suppose.
My understanding is they are made separate issues, by legal definition, and with differing criminal ramifications. Pertaining to Epstein, these definitions will All be on the court room table, or nearby, and potentially may lead anywhere. Pedo activities may yet surface. That would reshape the story. Who are Children vs adolescents vs teenagers vs under 21 vs underage.
In Rome, there is abject denial of any Homosexual problem, denying any address of it, and confining their Roman “synod action items” to Pedophilia, alone, where there are greatly fewer cases to ever be prosecuted. Think $$$$$. The Homo ring is appearing nowhere among the “action items”, yet.

You're probably correct on "Double Jeopardy" when it comes to the old charges and how the derps will play that angle.
Is it correct where any new charges he's charged with, "Double Jeopardy" won't apply? I believe that is the case but I'm for being corrected if wrong. If that is the case, after all the raids on Epstein's properties, I imagine will bring even more new charges.
