In Brief
The Facts:
The Russian Ministry of Defense published an article about the existence of military parapsychology in Russian military techniques, which allows one to penetrate into the thoughts of another, hack computer programs, and communicate telepathically. Reflect On:
Why is this type of science studied at the highest levels of various governments, yet ridiculed and not studied at all within the mainstream?
Is telepathy real? Its hard to argue against it; in fact, I would say that its not really up for debate. That being said, when it comes to topics like these, the field is polluted with a bad reputation given its association with magic, superstition and pseudoscience, terms that often come from those who condemn the subject without ever really looking into it. The evidence for the existence of telepathy is actually quite overwhelming, and in many cases, much stronger than most other areas of science. advertisement - learn more
Dr. Jessica Utts is a great person to bring up, as Ive done many times before, to hammer this fact home. She is the Chair of the Department of Statistics at the University of California, Irvine. In 1999, she published a paper showing how the statistical significance with regards to results seen from studies under the realm of parapsychology (telepathy, remote viewing, etc) are stronger than some of the studies used to approve some medications. In a recent interview, she emphasized the following.
What convinced me was just the evidence, the accumulating evidence as I worked in this field and I got to see more and more of the

Jeese you live a hard life!
“Its hard to argue against it; in fact, I would say that its not really up for debate.”
At least I didn’t have to read very far.
Mystery wrapped in a riddle inside an enigma.
My dogski tells me to drink wadka very day explained the Colonol.
‘Remote viewing’ is a proven phenomenon, so perhaps denying reality is YOUR delusion.
So, if you want to telepath a dolphin, do you have to be nearby, or can you do it from across the ocean? Why not? Do thought waves only have a limited range?
Just questions, to no one in particular. Maybe someone already picked up on my thinking.
When he wants to come in, he goes to my bedroom window and scratches and let's out a little mew.
I have foxes who, along with the raccoons, come up and eat what's left over of the outside cat food.
I guess one of the foxes noticed my cat's window scratching routine, because a couple of weeks ago, I was sound asleep and in the wee hours, I heard scratching at the window. I got up to let my indoor cat in but noticed he was asleep on the foot of my bed.
I went to the door and turned on the light as I always do for my cat and there was the fox sitting in the yard staring at me.
I put some food out there and in a few minutes, he was chowing down.
Amazing that he added two and two and, though he didn't want to come in the house, he figured out that scratching at my window would get action out of me.
He was right.
Great story! Thanks! :)
If telepathy were real, people would be making money with it. They’re not. If it were real, scientists would be predicting the results of repeatable experiments. They’re not.
“Aliens”, “No Moon landing”, “911 implosions”, “Mind reading”, you get the point.....
Some people are rational, some people are irrational.
There is zero doubt about the “being stared at” phenomena.
Certain people pretty much ALWAYS react if they are being stared at. Even through a TV camera from a remote location.
Don’t beieve me? Get on a bus and sit in the back, and try staring at someone.
My cat expects a handful of temptation treats at exactly 5:30am every morning...if she doesn’t get them LOOK OUT!
And statistics can be use to show that cows indeed can fly. Just depends on the data input and the formulae used to compute the curve desired.
Just BS to use statistics to actually prove or disprove anything is real beyond an assumption of existence or not since the outcome is predetermined in the first place.
I am the three-eyed raven
You have a dog named Ziggy, too? LOL. Our telepathy is so connected that I wake up every morning at 4. However, I think my bladder's message is stronger than the dog's telepathy...lol.
This is her "I'm hungry look":
“Russian Military Colonel: Human & Animal Telepathy Is 100 Percent Real”
Perhaps, but is it 100% accurate?
Pfft A ST Bernard nose fills your field of vision while it does chest compressions on you. Those are mornings you just don’t forget.
:)
There is a controversial British scientist/Youtube star named Rupert Sheldrake who says the same thing and has done experiments to prove it.

Here in Lebanon, TN (which has a ridiculous amount of twins) I'm friends with a set of identicals in their mid-20s. While sober they deny any psychic link. At a bar one was visiting friends at a far table while I had a conversation with the other one.
She went to the bathroom and her sister returned from wandering, plunked down and finished the point the first was making before her restroom break. This has happened with them more than once and only when they've had a few.
So yes, telepathy DOES exist but seems to depend on variable factors beyond my comprehension.
