For the past two days, I have been unable to sign on. When I try to do so, I get a display :we are experiencing technical difficulties with online banking..."
I have entered my password by copying and pasting. In addition, I have deliberately entered a wrong password, and doing so gives me a different error message. In other words, the above issue is not password-based.
Is anyone else having this problem?
No, I’m fine.
No. I did get a message early yeserday that it was unavailable. A couple hours later it was fine. I live in Indiana.
Have you tried their customer service link?
Not a customer of theirs but here’s multiple methods of contacting:
https://www.pnc.com/en/customer-service.html
I had no trouble accessing your account. You call that a password?
I am not familiar with PNC, but in general I recommend calling customer service, their number is usually listed on the website.
Why contact PNC when you have thousands here that will provide expert opinions ...
I had to sign in twice.

Just logged on to PNC. No problem.
This is somewhat unrelated but I can’t stress enough how happy I am with PNC and online banking in general. I think it’s a very swell thing and my banking has increased twofold.
No problem with my PNC account except it doesn’t have any money in it.
Same thing happened to me but with USBank.
I have my checking account with PNC and just updated my transactions (balanced my checkbook).
No problem here, using my regular password and firefox browser,
Good luck!
Just logged in with no problems.
Guess you couldn’t call customer support.
Refresh your browser. Go all the way out of it, if you leave it open.
Then restart it.
You may need to refresh your cache in your browser.
It happens sometimes. Just log out and try again in a few minutes.
