I am not familiar with PNC, but in general I recommend calling customer service, their number is usually listed on the website.

This is somewhat unrelated but I can’t stress enough how happy I am with PNC and online banking in general. I think it’s a very swell thing and my banking has increased twofold.

I have my checking account with PNC and just updated my transactions (balanced my checkbook).
No problem here, using my regular password and firefox browser,
