I have read that the perversion in the BSA can vary depending on location. If your grandson’s family lives in a conservative area and/or has decent men involved, he may be okay.

I can’t speak for others but 8 hours sleep and eight hours work leaves 8 hours a day for what I want to do,
Also I multi-task like watch a YouTube Video on my phone while walking the dogs or cooking dinner folding laundry etc. I don’t just have internet on a desk top computer in the den anymore.

Probably 90% of my time here is on a phone while doing something else.
