These articles are all quoting the same source and I’m not seeing any proof. The first link says that the pedo is Pence’s besy friend...not Pence. These are serious acusations to be thrown around without proof. I trust POTUS. I’ll wait and see what happens.

To chime in on the iodine discussion, I got some concentrated drops a couple months ago.

A couple drops in a glass of water once a day.

I was on the regime for a week or so and felt less ‘salt cravings’. Then I forgot about it. I suppose I should start that up again as it seemed to make me feel better and not crave so much salty/fatty food.

That was also taken in concert with magnesium and mineral supplements.

If you end up going ‘no salt,’ you taste it every time something has salt in it.

There is salt in JELL-O.

No ‘no salt’ for me. I don’t think salt is all that bad. I was just trying out the iodine as a supplement because I don’t think we have enough in our (my) regular dietary intake. YMMV.

I’m terrible at remembering to take vitamins though.
