No ‘no salt’ for me. I don’t think salt is all that bad. I was just trying out the iodine as a supplement because I don’t think we have enough in our (my) regular dietary intake. YMMV.
I’m terrible at remembering to take vitamins though.
Ooops. I thought we were talking about our anti-nuke meds. I think there's a 20 yr limit on mine..but I am not going to dig them out and look. I've already cut my head tonight while cleaning while rock and rolling. Kek, I thought I was working up a sweat on my head...too hot fire and moving way too fast...nope, it was just blood. Bump on the outside, all is good.
