The nutrition experts at the Central Research Institute in Aichi asked two groups to drink different amounts of apple cider vinegar once a day, and a third control group drank a drink with no apple cider vinegar.
The scientists found that the apple cider vinegar drinking groups lost weight, had a lower BMI and lost inches around the waist.

I actually recommend creating Fire Cider with apple cider vinegar as a base. Needs to ferment for a month or so. A shot a day is good. Very tasty, IMO and apparently a good health tonic.
It probably wouldn’t take much for me, since it induces projectile vomiting.
One tablespoon mid mourning then one two hpurs before bed plus Green Tea Extract tablets to get apittite under control hets you rolling. Then start doing sit ups or crunches that pull the stomach muscles jn

Not sure about weight but I use it for flushing excess uric acid from the bod.
Spo’dah be good for joints. Not the reefer type.
Recommended it to a friend years ago with gout probs and he never had them after swigging an oz. a day.

Cut sugar out of your diet as much as possible and swap out bad carbs for good. You will lose weight.

I take 1 tablespoon a day and it keeps me regular. I drink water immediately and that washes away the sour taste. i don’t ad sugar to anything. I am type 2.
