Some of it is standard SW schtick, but well done. Once I heard them say “Thank you for flying Southwest Airlines. We know you have other choices when flying, and we’re glad you can’t afford them.”

The thing about flight instructions is that nobody watches or pays attention because they don’t want anyone around them to think it’s their first time ever flying. So this was a good way to get people to pay attention, because sure as hell if there was an emergency on a plane no one would know what the hell to do because they have never paid attention to the instructions before.
