I was a Cruzer yet will vote Trump because we can't let Clinton get in.
Trump must get off the teleprompted speeches or he's sure to lose.
He's so bad I wonder at times if he's doing it on purpose.
Bingo! His word skipping was something that only his supporters deciphered. Elsewhere, he was in big trouble.
It was almost funny. But, of course it could be dangerous, it’s just that so many people in real life talk in that manner that we could altogether get it.
It makes sense for Trump to use the teleprompter for definitive statements that present his policies. It cuts off those who are speaking off the record or think they're speaking for Trump, to stop them from doing damage.

Great speech but he’s going up against a seasoned telepromptee and should maybe work on it.
VERY interesting!! DAng. I wish I could have seen Bernie McGuirk take it to Todd. I can NOT stand Chuck Todd. He could barely contain himself on Morning Joe appearances, back when Joe and Mika were giving TRUMP a positive and fair hearing, and Chuck looked like a deer in headlights he hated TRUMP so much, but had to sit their and suck it up.
Now, of course, all that has changed. I no longer record MJ, it has gotten so brutally nasty.
I thought he escalated his game substantially by using one from time to time as I saw recently with the Evangelicals.
It definitely has NOT affected the sincerity of his message, or how he delivers it.

Every “professional politician” I’ve heard since I started paying attention to politics (1960) has been rehearsed and rehearsed over and again...They all use what I call “politispeak”...Flowing, elegant, and so full of sh*t....
Trump’s from the heart and from normal language has been refresshing to say the least...
