I had an Uncle who lived to a hundred.
His wife always called him “Mr. Anderson” which I thought odd. He was a great story teller and liked telling them. He smoked a pipe and it always smelled good unlike cigarettes.

Or throw some rosemary into the insides of a chicken along with some lemon rinds. Wonderful!

It couldn’t be that the residents of that small village have common genes, could it?

Which is good too, of course.

Mmm mmm mmm.
I planted a nice Rosemary plant in the garden last year that I grew from seed. I’m afraid it probably didn’t winter over though. Lots of sub-zero spells this year including two nights in late March. The first time we’ve ever had sub-zero temps at any time in March AFAIK.

“It is just math”
Sure, but the math is different in every country ... And there are “blue zones” in locations around the world, where very large numbers of people over 100 live (Costa Rica, a Greek island, Sardinia, etc) so their math is different.

Groan.. But a good one.
How ‘bout a little on some chicken thighs and potato chunks, with a little olive oil -—— and roasted or sautéed. Yum.

Ah, but I’m sure the study will also show rosemary increases the chance you’ll join la Cosa Nostra, where life expectancies are greatly reduced. ;-)

Don't forget to include your anise.

It’s a trick that snake oil salesmen and lawyers use. Find a cluster of old people (or sick people). Find something that is prevalent in that area. Then using the principle that correlation = causation suck the bucks in from the rubes.
My favorite is Garcinia. It comes from Sri Lanka! They use it a lot! They are skinny people! Therefore Garcinia makes you skinny. Buy it from me for $30 a bottle. (Costs me .50 a bottle to import it from Sri Lanka). LOL!
