Nestled between the sea and the mountains, the coastal hamlet Acciaroli has a population of a couple of thousand or so yet among them are at least 300 men and women who are already 100 years old or more

100 sounds good but if I can’t throw a leg over the motorcycle saddle, what’s the point?

First impression is that there does not seem to be a whole lot around to prevent them from living to 100.

"100 sounds good but if I can’t throw a leg over the motorcycle saddle, what’s the point? Throwing a leg over the saddle sounds doable. Riding may be a different issue... May have to switch to the saddle on a ski-doo.

I have zero interest in living to 100. Hope to retire around 65, get ~20 yrs off savings and go home.

I have no expectations of the younger generation taking care of me 20 years beyond that. Anyone that does had better buy a vowel and a clue.

To 99% of headlines that ask a question, the answer is “No.”

This story is complete BS.

It is impossible that 15% of the population could be over 100.

I’m not sure why you posted a demographic graph of the USA and then didn’t include any data to support your claim... but whatever helps you live to 100 is fine with me.

If you want another resource, just google “blue zones” - high concentrations of centenarians in 5 locations around the world.

Eating rosemary is sage advice. It will buy you more thyme.

The point is how could 15% of the population be that age? Miracle herbs have nothing to do with it. It is simply math.

Fresh Rosemary is great. Rub some on a London Broil and throw that puppy on the grill. Mmmmmm

The smell of Rosemary is said to stimulate memory too.
