"Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia would be found dead of apparent natural causes.
Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara acknowledged that she pronounced Scalia dead by phone, without seeing his body.
We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," said Poindexter.
A pillow over his head does not sound like natural. And who pronounces a Supreme Court Justice dead over the phone. Or anyone, for that matter.
They were http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_SCALIA?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2016-02-14-23-27-03 and http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local/article/Texas-ranch-owner-recalls-Scalia-s-last-hours-6830372.php
It was reported that he was found dead with a pillow ABOVE his head...as in bewteen his head and the headboard.
Somehow that got swapped to over his had then over his face.
I am not sure that a judge is qualified to determine a person is legally dead.
It would seem someone with a medical degree of some sort should be involved in that.
“SPELLCHEK”
Pot meet kettle black.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT.THE JUSTICES DID BLOCK OBAMA’S ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PLAN FOR NOT TO MOVE FORWARD...JUST SAYING/
Oh c’mon....
FReegards,
There should be a hugh search for the killurz. A series matter like this needs to be inestugayted,
You know, this would make a *hell* of a good “undead thread”...
Stupid? But COME ON MAN... don’t you see? There was a pillow! How suspicious, eh? A pillow... IN THE BED.
This means murder. Murder most foul. Wake up, sheeple!
She declared the cause of death for the death cert. over the phone. That is how I understand it. She also had to give clearance for no autopsy. It is in the news stories.
Are you drunk? Seriously !!!
pillow over head mentioned here:
Given the importance of Scalia and the ramifications of his death, an autopsy and toxicology report should be required. What would it hurt? It hurts no one unless someone who has something to hide.
Yeah you’re right.
Sometimes innocent things look awfully sketchy.
If this were me, I’d want to do everything possible to avoid the public having questions.
Autopsy or not, at least a medical person should declare the time of death and make the determination he was in fact dead.
This is not the job of a judge over a phone. > IMO
NO AUTOPSY.
Yah, just some old judge dies in his sleep. No biggie.
This reeks!
He was a 79 year old man and there was nothing suspicious about his passing. I’m sorry if you think the government should have the authority to mutilate his remains to satisfy your curiosity, but I prefer to respect the wishes of his family.
