The genetic makeup of Europe mysteriously transformed about 4,000-5,000 years ago, researchers have discovered.
An Australian team found the unexplained change while analysing several skeletons unearthed in central Europe that were up to 7,500 years old.
They say the rapid expansion of the Bell Beaker culture, which is believed to have been instrumental in building the monoliths at Stonehedge, could hold the key.

This 4,000 years ago event occurs at the same time as the beginning of the Monsoon Winds into India ~ which allowed the vast central massif forests to dry out and allow human settlement.
It is also coincident with a little known event ~ Lake Erie shrank to its present size. Before this time it extended nearly all the way to the Western boundary of present day Indiana. Something happened and the water level dropped, the lake shrank, and bingo it took on its current appearance.
It's probably safe to say that there was a lengthy period of droughts around the world. Most likely seasons got shorter and the world cooled.
The genetic transformations were what they always are during those events ~ the guys from the North moved South!
Significantly, researches also noticed a significant increase in motor cycle campgrounds and mobile home parks in areas where the genetics were found to have changed.
Just classic!
The best explanation is a superior cross breed of humans. Think of two tribes, each of which have several useful adaptations or mutations, but when one of each of their number mate with the other ones, they produce children far better than either.
Smarter, stronger, healthier, better metabolism, the kids just run circles around their parents, and the tribe soon dominates, and spreads its genes to other tribes in the region.
A good possibility is an imperfect mutation for high intelligence. There is some speculation that a lot of what we consider intellectualism is a fairly recent development. However it is imperfect because too much of the mutation can have the opposite effect of retardation.
But at that time, an average IQ of 20 to 30 points higher in a tribe would easily result in it becoming dominant.
But almost as important is enhanced fertility, so that there are an increasing number of smart kids running around.
Wow! Excellent article. Thanks for the link.
How?
They were exterminated by the Beaker People
Maybe that is when God finished creating man by adding the finishing touches: giving him a spirit and soul . . . and actually creating man in His own REAL image:
“God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24

Of course, a global flood would cause the present day carbon-dating figures to need adjusting since almost all carbon life form would be dead and buried...

Of course, no it wouldn’t.
I was waiting for Alien Hair Guy to make his appearance!
Many geologists believe the monsoon first became strong around 8 million years ago based on records from the Arabian Sea and the record of wind-blown dust in the Loess Plateau of China.
More recently, plant fossils in China and new long-duration sediment records from the South China Sea led to a timing of the monsoon starting 1520 million years ago and linked to early Tibetan uplift.[9] "

"As many as three glaciers advanced and retreated over the land causing temporary lakes to form in the time periods in between each of them.
Because each lake had a different volume of water their shorelines rested at differing elevations.
The last of these lakes to form, Lake Warren, existed between about 13,000 and 12,000 years ago.
It was deeper than the current Lake Erie, so its shoreline existed about eight miles (13 km) inland from the modern one."
Current Niagara Falls formed around 10,000 years ago.

But so long as we've properly identified your words as mythology and not science, then I'm perfectly happy with what you've said here.
Up until about 4000 years ago ALL the Dravidian speaking people lived in the North. Then, with settlement possible in the South they moved there. Today we think of them all as living in Southern India.
Note, the big cats did great in the jungle in the South ~ and until the area dried out humans could not compete with them. China seems to have had some problem along that line up until the end of the Younger Dryas ~ then the climate changed, the cats languished, and people moved in. But up until that time people lived West of what is considered modern China.
It's just a matter of time and they'll pin down the genes necessary for people to read and write, then they'll trace the paths taken by the ancient scribes!
BTW, those guys always had jobs. Although dyslexia was probably the standard condition, the leadership elite could see the value of writing instantly. The scribe class/caste would be protected.
clearly the Ancient Aliens, after experimentation with other species like the Neanderthal, finally decided on a final change in the DNA sequence for their future slave population—the modern human.
Accordingly, they destroyed all evidence of their presence (Atlantis) and moved on to find other planets to bioengineer.
