Why Sarah Palin Will Be President

Why should Sarah Palin run for the GOP nomination?

Obama is totally beatable by any Conservative because he is a true Marxist progressive ideologue and when it comes to Medicare and other entitlement programs the President is not being honest with the American people. He knows that Medicare is quickly becoming insolvent and will eventually destroy the American economy; his party’s answer is to attack those seeking solutions and to kick the can down the road. If the President continues to refuse to lead on this issue then he is in direct violation of his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution because the consequences of inaction on Medicare’s current unsustainable path will ultimately destroy the blessings of liberty to our posterity.

Americans must unite to reject this wealth redistribution and socialist experimentation enacted by the liberal progressives or it will mean the end of America. The stakes could never be higher and I think many people are starting to really understand it but they need more information. What Sarah Palin can do, better than most of the other candidates seeking the GOP nomination is, communicate a true fiscal Conservative policy, explain the Conservative ideology and readily discuss, in plain language, the truth about where the nation is headed if we fail to act.

The media won't ask the hard questions of the Obama administration and will never hold him accountable, I think they are so vested in him they have created the myth of him being too big to fail, they continue to ignore the facts of his failed policies and failed administration, this massive government debt has doubled on his watch, sure Bush screwed up by reckless spending and increasing the size of government and government programs because of his reactions to 911 and his attempts to appease liberal critics but that doesn't make it OK for Obama to double down on the spending like he did.

Obama's reckless disregard for the state of the nation when he took over needs to be pointed out to the people. Sarah Palin can be very good at pointing things like that out to the people and putting Obama on the spot to answer tough charges, as we have witnessed the Mama Grizzly won't pull any punches and she is not apologetic for her beliefs, she is truly a courageous Conservative voice.

The media will attempt to destroy Sarah Palin but that will be their mistake because in effect they will give her an enormous megaphone to reach the masses, she is a very talented politician and will be able to use that attention to her advantage, especially now as it will be her own campaign not the McCain train running the show. One hurdle for her will be the RINO GOP, and it must be made perfectly clear to the Republican establishment that their failed support of a true Conservative at this point in our history will ultimately result in a fracture of their base support.

It will be easy for Sarah to explain to the people that the liberals are a corrupt bunch, how they actually run their campaigns with promises to rob the public trust by bribing the majority of the electorate with social programs and "freebies" all of which are unsustainable and irresponsible and then they have the nerve to call it a "social compact" with their constituencies. Then with their champions in the media they run campaigns of fear against anyone that tries to fix or reform the programs.

Liberals always offer the same tired solution, make the rich pay, this class warfare rhetoric is a bunch of liberal lies because the rich don’t pay for tax increases, tax increases are always paid for by the middleclass. The business rich pass costs of government regulation and increased taxation down to the consumers of their products so the middle class always pays for those and the business or company if large enough simply up and outsource their production even move their entire business outside of the USA and that hurts employment and as an added bonus costs of their products may still increase. The Hollywood rich, Sports rich and the Independently wealthy pay expensive accountants and managers to hide their money so they can avoid taxation. When was the last time you heard a multi millionaire had paid extra money to the government in order to support all the social programs? Never, it would have been front page news even the vaunted Oprah writes off all that wonderful charity.

This taxation confusion and class warfare is how the Liberal Politicians have blind side the middleclass and poor for decades, they have them believing they are looking out for them with a class warfare type of meme, when in fact the middleclass and poor, are the very ones that ultimately pay for the expansion of government power and control in the name of the political careers of the Democrats in Washington.

The current debt is so far out of control that taxing the rich simply won't fix it anyway. All of our social programs and our tax system need total reform. When the country is in great fiscal shape it may very well be good politics, to ask that programs provide a bit more services but when the country gets itself into fiscal calamity like we have now it is highly irresponsible to continue down the path of ruin.

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury (DEMOCRATS) with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years."

The next time a Democrat demagogues an issue that the fiscal Conservative is attempting to fix it is important for all Conservative to remind the electorate of what’s really at stake here, our country. Conservatives must unite and save America from the reckless liberals, it is impossible to try and change them because they are so wedded to the idea of equality through social programs and it would take real political courage and guts on their part, to stand up and tell their constituents that we can no longer "Ask what our country can do for us, we must ask what we can do for our country".

Right now the best that Conservatives can do is unite and try to educate the public to the coming danger and the last best hope of that resides in this great lady from Wasilla Alaska. That is why Sarah Palin should run for President.

Wishful thinking can be close to delusion. Ain’t going to happen. Too many Republicans are turned off totally by her - mostly among female R voters. The question I think about is who is the most conservative candidate who realistically could get 51% of the NATIONAL vote/electors?

Thank you for this pic - it’s my favorite of the greatest president of the 20th century, Ronald Reagan. I still get teary-eyed when I think of how proud and strong our beloved United States of America was when he was in the White House.

Obama is beatable, but not by Sarah Palin. She is not electable...her negatives are too high, her speeches are about as annoying as Obama’s and the liberal media will bludgeon her to a pulp, should she run.
Face it, game over before it gets started.

I think that he would endorse Sarah Palin. He is her hero also.

"Um, you didn’t actually explain why Sarah Palin will be president."

Dozens of FreeRepublic's finest have explained this to you over and over for the last year. If you haven't grasped it yet, you probably aren't going to. Don't be fooled by Whitey's last sentence, about why Palin should "run." In the first three paragraphs, he lays out why she'll win.

You're apparently just too thick to get it. But don't feel bad... everyone can't be bright and clear-thinking, with good powers of observation and retention. The world needs ditch-diggers, too!

I really think she wont even run(really run like file paperwork), I am more convinced NOW than ever. I will even say I think mostly everyone else is wrong on this, every once in a while I get to do that, this is one of them.

You make a case for how horrible Obama is, and then you say that if the conservative base doesn’t get the candidate that they want, they’ll go off in a huff and let Obama win again. You can’t have it both ways. Either people really understand that Obama is a disaster for this country and will support any reasonable candidate who runs against him or they don’t realize that he’s a disaster and will not rally around his opposition. By your own words, conservatives don’t see Obama as a big enough disaster to rally around anyone who doesn’t pass their every litmus test. If that’s the case, you can’t expect independents to rally around Sarah Palin.

I like her. I admire her. She has truly Americans' interests at heart and expresses them loud and clear. Yet I can't say that I would vote for her. I can't stand her shrill speech delivery. I feel that if she were truly interested in being President she would have spent more in-depth study into what the job involves and worked on her public image a little more. Although I do appreciate her naturalness and fresh approach to the country's problems, I have the feeling that she is listening too much to the man who loves her the way she is and not paying much attention to what influences the American public.

I know quite a few of the above that voted George W. Bush twice, and even a few that went McCain, but that go out of their way (without prompting) to mention how much they hate Sarah Palin.

I don't know anybody who voted for Bush and McCain who likes Obama better than Palin.

Have you been posting these thoughts here before? If yes what type of response do you get? LOL

I don't think she is running, I think she is playing the media with all this planned stuff, in fact I'd be willing to bet on it now. This is another one of those cases where I read between the lines. I easily predicted correctly Trump was NOT running.

I have little to nothing in the fund (I’m 34 and have no SS benefits) so I can easily say “Away with them!”.

And I'm 64 and am in line to get somewhere between $1878 and $3282 per month, depending on when I choose to retire. But I'd happily cancel the whole thing in return for repealing the 16th and, in the same instrument, forcing all levels of government to rely on consumption taxes.

Yes, but I think I stressed many times that it is key to teaching the American public exactly what Obama and Democrats policies are doing to this country. The media is championing Obama policies and doesn’t report the failure. Doing nothing about entitlement spending is going to destroy this country but the American people by and large don’t understand that, if they did my point would be moot and you would be right, anyone other then Obama would win.

Democrats have set a narrative in stone with the vast majority of their supporters and that is that the rich should be paying for and taking care of all this funding for entitlements ie., in NY-26 the Rats ran an add that a “Republican” pushed granny off the cliff literally, all the while the Democrat in the race left the impression that doing nothing would be just fine, hell Obama himself has basically said the same a social compact, right to, entitled to, your benefits... those words are destroying America and are exactly what Tytler warned about in the quote....

The basic problem is that everyone's opinion of Palin is basically formed and set. It's hard to change those.

It's only hard if you haven't actually tried, and for now, Sarah has yet to begin working on changing the minds of those Americans who've been unduly influenced by the slanders of the leftstream press, et al.

Once her campaign begins, I believe a sort of snowball effect will take hold, as her legions of supporters begin openly showing their support for her candidacy. As more on the right begin to see that she's the inevitable nominee, all sorts of forces will begin to align themselves with her, and behind her. The total effect will be galvanic and infectious.

Naturally, Sarah herself will be the central force which fuels all of this, and it is her relentless message of American Promise and Greatness that will reawaken the hope that so many have seen shattered under Obama.

When Sarah is out front and center delivering her message directly to the people every day, I predict that many who do not now consider her to be a serious contender, or to have much chance of winning the nomination (or the general), will change their minds.

It's going to take a lot of work on her part, but if there's anyone who's up to the task, it's Sarah Palin.

The big issue is how you get all the independents and swing Democrats to un-completely-and-totally-hate-with-utter-contempt Sarah Palin.

Care to back up that assertion with some type of proof?

Bet you can't!

Also, just remember that Ronald Reagan was more than 30% behind Carter less than a year before the general election and the press were vicious and lying against him too.
