Okay, assume Obama is determined to be ineligible to be the president due to him not being a natural born citizen of the United States. That would mean that neither he nor Biden would be eligible since he was elected under false pretenses.
It is quite possible that Pelosi will be facing charges up to treason for her part in this mess.
Byrd is physically unable to take the office.
And the rest of the Cabinet were appointed by Obama and would equally be ineligible as all of his appointments were unconstitutional.
My guess is that if this goes down, Pelosi resigns or is removed as Speaker of the House and we end up with another Rat.
However, the argument may also be made that since the elections results are null, the people who voted for Obama were duped and deserve another chance. There is no constitutional provision for what to do if a usurper were to manage to lie and connive his way into office because the founding fathers could never envision such a scenario.
So, what happens?
Biden. Biden meets the qualifications under the XII amendment.

Why would she resign? Democrats are not shamed into resigning for almost any reason. If there was any traction to the 0bama ineligibility question, I'd bet that Pelosi would be pushing for the 0bama/Biden team to be removed herself.

Hmm, that’s interesting. Perhaps Gates, as he was nominated to the Cabinet under Bush. However, he was renominated to the cabinet under Obama.

IMHO Biden becomes president...that seems pretty clear. Biden was probably elected legally. However, there probably would be some fallout about anyone who actually knew Barry was ineligible and helped him perpetrate the fraud.
And Don Rumsfeld would replace Sondra Sotomayor on the USSC.

Since the electoral votes were for Obama (and NOT for Biden), I should think that the one who got the second most would win . . . hence McCain/Palin.
Would love to see the illegal Kenyan-born alien and his family be forced out of the White House and have him and a lot of Dummycrats prosecuted for fraud and perhaps treason . . . in that we have therefore been without a president since inauguration day.
It’s an interesting question - purely hypothetical, since the Leftist masses, the MSM, the Democrat-controlled congress, and Obama’s AG won’t let it come to that.
But it poses another question - hypothetically, if Obama was never eligible to run, then he wasn’t eligible for the nomination. That means the Hillary people will start screaming that it should have been Hillary on the hustings, and, IMO, they’ll be able to make a pretty good case that Hillary should assume the office.
It’d be a fascinating political exercise for the nation, and one for the history books.
Then, too, what about all the legislation Obama spearheaded during his tenure if he has to step down? Would that all be tossed out the window, or what?
Pure fantasy, but it poses some intriguing questions.

Yeah, but if the ticket were a fraud to begin with, Biden would be out of a job. I can’t imagine that a fraudulent ticket would allow the 2nd layer of fraud to serve in his absence.
We either have an Electoral College, or we don’t. Since the Kenyan got the most electoral votes (and not Biden), I should think that those votes would be thrown out and McCain/Biden would step in. I can’t see succession withint a fraudulent ticket.

Uh, how about, what would you do if you won the lottery? Ever have that discussion? Sadly, this is even less likely to be relevant.
A more important question would be: What happens to the legislation the Kenyan signed? Does it become law because the President did not veto it? Or, since there was no President at the time, does it all just become invalid?
