Since the electoral votes were for Obama (and NOT for Biden), I should think that the one who got the second most would win . . . hence McCain/Palin.
Would love to see the illegal Kenyan-born alien and his family be forced out of the White House and have him and a lot of Dummycrats prosecuted for fraud and perhaps treason . . . in that we have therefore been without a president since inauguration day.

Biden’s first act as president will be to pardon Obama and his co-conspirators. Biden will have no realistic chance of getting elected in 2012. Obama might make a pardon a condition of his resigning before being ruled ineligible either by a court or by simple verified discovery validation of his Kenyan BC.
The 12th Amendment requires that the winner have a majority of the electoral votes. McCain got around a third. No way he can be awarded the election.
