On the eve of a hearing that might have determined the legality of Army Reserve Major Stefan Cook’s deployment orders to Afghanistan, the Pentagon revoked the orders without explanation. Major Cook’s attorney, Orly Taitz, had filed a motion requesting a temporary restraining order in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, seeking to delay the deployment until the authority of the chain of command through which the order was issued was properly established. Specifically, the motion demanded proof of the validity of Barack Obama’s claim to the presidency of the United States and, consequently, to the office of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Major Cook argued that Mr. Obama’s eligibility to the presidency has not been properly shown and sought production of the President’s long form birth certificate. I reported yesterday that the Army’s cancellation of the order was seen by his attorney as a tacit admission by the Administration that Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, as required by the Constitution. Moreover, according to his attorney, Major Cook was simultaneously separated from his civilian employment with a government contractor, allegedly as the result of pressure from the Army. In response, the litigation was amended to challenge the Army’s alleged retaliatory action against Major Cook. Today, the court dismissed the lawsuit and instructed her to refile the case in Florida, where the Plaintiff was employed. The case had been filed originally in Georgia because Major Cook had been ordered to report to Ft. Benning as the starting point of his Afghanistan deployment. Like a never-ending soap opera, the maneuvering to avoid production of the Obama long form birth certificate promises to continue to unfold without any attempt on the part of the Administration to bring it to an end.

You bet they are. It's part of Obama's admins thinking. They don't know how much time they have left.
I agree they are having no luck, but this could be a stall tactic to produce a forgery that looks way better than the one they tried to put on the website.

Well, yeah, you’re talking about the US government..... of which we know about 50%. The other 50% we do not know about. And probably don’t want to know.
They can make someones identity completely disappear, surely they have the resourses to produce a new one.
Five guys that get out of a black SUV can walk into the Hawaii clerk’s office and shut the door. I betcha they will walk out with an authentic birth certificate, one way or another.

I don't think they can. Due to the actions of the governor of Hawaii (R) in "assuring the privacy" of Opossum's BC, he won't get a chance.
My guess is that she will oversee (or even personally perform) the execution and verification of any request for the BC.

Ironic isn’t it? Non US-born citizen chases non US-born illigitimate POTUS out of the WH. If she succeeds she deserves her statue to be erected on the WH lawn.
