At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The Judge took an oath to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic not only as a Marine, but again as a Judge.

The KGB (read:Putin) created the people who created Obama. They own him and they own his mind. Putin knows exactly what the issue is and Obama's trip to Russia just confirmed in their minds that Obama is a light weight. If Obama upsets the power structure of the Middle East, then Russia, China and the USA will lose big time. The rest of the world gets very unstable very fast. It would be convenient for a number of states if Obama had to step down. This thing is building steam. Watch for high level resignations and keep an eye on Biden. I think the Car Czar bailed today.

I heard Justice Stevens say "Congratulations, Mr. President" when he swore Biden in at the Inauguration. I had to watch the tape several times to make sure I hadn't been hearing things.
I cannot share your optimism. It will be ugly if he is "encouraged" by the military to step down for the good of the country. Um, that would be the US military, rather than the Honduran military...

I was just making an observation, and I could say the exact same thing about your assessment of this e-mail: you may be reading too much into it. After all, as I simply noted, it is just an e-mail message and appears to be unsubstantiated/not cooborated by any other source. I also don’t know who AntiMullah is, or who Orly Tait is and whether a confirmation from this person at his/her website should be at all considered as valid.
I hope this is all true, but I am not one to read very much into an obscure sensationalistic headline with nothing else to go on. Will wait for further confirmation.
