I’ve been getting the exact same feeling about Biden. He is acting like......well......Mr. President.
I heard Justice Stevens say "Congratulations, Mr. President" when he swore Biden in at the Inauguration. I had to watch the tape several times to make sure I hadn't been hearing things.
