For the first time in our History a sitting POTUS has been officially charged with TREASON (POTUS = President of the United States)

"The letter below was verified last night when Carl Swensson spoke directly with Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick. We now have a green light to spread as far and as fast as we can.

Since it has been 6 weeks since this was filed and no response was received BHO has effectively acknowledged he is ineligible. All right people. The rest of the hard working all star Blues Brothers are
gonna be out here in a minute, including my little brother Jake. But right
now, I’d like to talk a little bit about this tune you’re hearing. This is
ofcourse the Green Onions tune. It was a very big hit in the early sixties in
this country. And ofcourse it was composed and recorded in Memphis, Tennessee,
right here in the United States Of America. You know, people, I believe that
this tune can be acquinted with the great classical music around the world.
Now you go to Germany, you’ve got your Bach, your Beethoven, your Brahms...
Here in America you’ve got your Fred McDowell, your Irving Berlin, your Glenn
Miller, and your Booker T & The MG’s, people. Another example of the great
contributions in music and culture that this country has made around the
world. And as you look around the world today, you see this country spurned.
You see backs turned on this country. Well people, I’m gonna tell you
something, this continent, North America, is the stronghold! This is where
we’re gonna make our stand in this decade! Yeah, people, I’ve got something to
say to the State Department. I say Take that archaic Monroe Doctrine, and that
Marshall Plan that says we’re supposed to police force the world, and throw
‘em out! Let’s stay home for the next ten years people! Right here in North
America and enjoy the music and culture that is ours. Yeah, I got one more
thing to say. I’m just talking about the music, people, and what it does to
me. And that is, as you look around the world, you go to the Soviet Union or
Great Britain or France, you name it, any country... Everybody is doing flips
and twists just to get into a genuine pair of American blue jeans! And to hear
this music and we got it all here in America, the land of the Chrysler 440
cubic inch engine!

An example of what to do with a DA who refuse to do his duty.

§ 7A‑66. Removal of district attorneys.

The following are grounds for suspension of a district attorney or for his removal from office:

(1) Mental or physical incapacity interfering with the performance of his duties which is, or is likely to become, permanent;

(2) Willful misconduct in office;

(3) Willful and persistent failure to perform his duties;

(4) Habitual intemperance;

(5) Conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude;

(6) Conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice which brings the office into disrepute; or

(7) Knowingly authorizing or permitting an assistant district attorney to commit any act constituting grounds for removal, as defined in subdivisions (1) through (6) hereof.

A proceeding to suspend or remove a district attorney is commenced by filing with the clerk of superior court of the county where the district attorney resides a sworn affidavit charging the district attorney with one or more grounds for removal. The clerk shall immediately bring the matter to the attention of the senior regular resident superior court judge for the district or set of districts as defined in G.S. 7A‑41.1(a) in which the county is located who shall within 30 days either review and act on the charges or refer them for review and action within 30 days to another superior court judge residing in or regularly holding the courts of that district or set of districts.

If the superior court judge upon review finds that the charges if true constitute grounds for suspension, and finds probable cause for believing that the charges are true, he may enter an order suspending the district attorney from performing the duties of his office until a final determination of the charges on the merits.

During the suspension the salary of the district attorney continues. If the superior court judge finds that the charges if true do not constitute grounds for suspension or finds that no probable cause exists for believing that the charges are true, he shall dismiss the proceeding. etcetera

I’d say that a layperson who erroneously interprets a legal opinion, uses said misinformation as the basis for legal action which results essentially in illegal action, and effectively damages the potential use of the legal opinion for appropriate legal action, is an idiot, rather than simply misinformed.
