Nope. It provides a service but from a business-wise end, it's a disaster. The store has outgrown itself and does not run a smart, efficient business. It is a giant chaotic mess.

"Please change title to "Walmark""
LOL! No, No, it's "THE Walmark" as in, "Baby, could you get me some WD-40 while you're at the Walmark?"

WalMart is huge, nation wide and non-union.
Unions have been closing down almost all businesses they have been in like a cancer.
The union thug leaders are losing power and simply see WalMart as a business to infect with their presence.
They are desperate to not die out. All they really have is government right now.
The other part of the equation is the poverty pimps in bad neighborhoods want the monopoly of way overcharging poor people for the necessities of life. WalMart would force local thieves to either compete or leave and they do not want to compete, they like the monopoly on the poor they have had for decades.

Oh, wait! Are you just talking about the basic Wal-Marts? When I think of food at Wal-Mart, I think of Super Wal-Mart or the Neighborhood Market.

Basic Walmart yes. I've only been in a Super Walmart in a few times to buy some fruits.

Well, when you cook 'wm, it's customary to discard the portion that actually came in contact with the hen's butt. They taste better that way anyhow.

Well, unless you're in DIRE need of calcium (and can't afford the tablets that never came in contact with a chiken's butt).
