Time Out!
I think well need a time-out, to learn the rules some more,
No scratching at the couch, and please!, no puddles on the floor!
And learn to get along somehow, you mustnt hiss and spat,
I swear sometimes you act as if you were a dog and cat!
Each of you is in my club. You must obey each rule.
You are the students in my class. Im teacher of this school.
Now lets go at it one more time. I want you to play nice.
And pay attention, if you please. Dont make me say it twice.

Liquid Courage
They idle in the tavern,
as they have many nights before,
reminiscing about good times
and doing their best to ignore
the ticking clock above the door,
the harbinger of doom in store
for the fair-haired, mustachioed
man in the polyester suit;
the guy sucking back another
cranberry juice and Absolut.
"It's time to get ourselves en route
to the church, mister," his astute friend enjoins.
"One more," says the groom.

Personally I think Monty Python is an acquired taste I like the dead parrot sketch and Ministry of Funny Walks but apart from that it leaves me a bit cold.
I think over the years with a lot of American sitcoms being exported to Britain the sitcoms have become very similar where the humour is different IMHO is the standup comics one man shows type of thing such a Bet Midler or Billy Connolly

Thank you for the wonderful Graphics and Poems used in today's "Hug your Cat Day" opening posts.
They are very special. "Thanks" doesn't sound like very much but you are truly appreciated.

"Thanks" doesn't sound like very much but you are truly appreciated. Well, you're welcome, but I would make them even if you didn't appreciate them (which I know you do). I love making them! :-)

I've had so much trouble with my mouse this week. I'm going to spend a few $$'s and get me a new mouse.
See y'all later this afternoon.
