If any of us are outside the fenced yard, he comes to join us. Now that he knows he can get out, there may be no stopping him.
We are talking about adding another foot to the fence but maybe we should make it a six footer. Or put an electric fence up.

We used to have some neighbors that had an electric fence for their dogs. One of the dogs would run through the electric fence, and then would be too scared to go back in the yard.

There is also something called an invisible fence, we are going to check into that.

That is one of the things we are concerned about; even with the invisible fence, he may be afraid to come back.
Whatever we do, it will take a lot of work to get him adjusted to the new rules. *sigh*

I know, and I'm very sorry about that. :-(
The problem is that I usually ping folks to interesting articles during the day, and I usually respond to pings at night. When I get home here at night I'm more interested in having conversations on threads like this!
