Heavenly Father, you know the situation better than we ever could. Father, I have seen your hand in my own life and know that what seems like a bad turn ends up not being a bad turn but you requiring our faith to wait as You move. God, I still know that this is absolutely the hardest thing to do. Father, I lift up CDHart's daughter and ask that You guide her. Let her hear Your Holy voice, let the Holy Spirit show her the way that she needs to go. We don't know the best way for this situation, but You do. I lift her up to You and ask that You guide her, give her the strength to stand and wait in this situation for You to show her the way. In Christ's Holy Name. Amen

Carolyn, that's pretty tough for your daughter - I certainly will pray for her. It's not easy to go to a job you know you should be enjoying but instead are unhappy.

This situation is not a fun one, I can relate! I had a boss for almost 2 years that made my job a living hell, literally. You'll get through it though, with God's help trust me! I did! I'll keep you in my prayers. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it will, and then it will again, but you know what? God WILL provide for you when you have reached the limit where you REALLY can't take it anymore. It happened for me!
It really taught me patience too, LOL. I came through it a better person. Just remember to thank God even for the tough times. And PRAY FOR your oppressive boss, even if you literally GRUMBLE THROUGH the prayer, trust me that really helps too!
God Bless!

This special prayer to St.Anthony has always worked for me.
O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, you love for God and charity for His creatures made you worthy, when on earth to possess miraculously powers. Miracles waited on your word which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore of you to obtain for me ................
The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony whose heart was eve full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus who loved to be folded into your arms and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.
Amen
Our Father Hail Mary Glory be.
I'll pray for your daughter.
