Poetry is not my gift,
It is too hard for me to lift.
It makes me want to kick the bucket
I like limericks that include 'Nantucket'.:)

Love Is ...
Love is the greatest feeling,
Love is like a play,
Love is what I feel for you,
Each and every day,
Love is like a smile,
Love is like a song,
Love is a great emotion,
That keeps us going strong,
I love you with my heart,
My body and my soul,
I love the way I keep loving,
Like a love I can't control,
So remember when your eyes meet mine,
I love you with all my heart,
And I have poured my entire soul into you,
Right from the very start.

Hed find a word to rhyme with Chalmondelay. No doubt, just as soon as he found out what 'Chalmondelay' means. It's not in the Oxford English or Merriam-Webster dictionaries. There is a Cholmondelay family, but they seem to have died off centuries ago, how bumbly of them.:)

Thank y'all for the beautiful poem and graphic! Thank God for Southerners that still say y'all.:)
My children don't and they're native Texans. But my grandmother (a native Texan, of course) would say things like, "I'd liefer do this", and use other old English words.

LOLOL! Thank you for the encouragement and for sharing that about your grandmother. I'm an old-timer - still say "Jeepers" - still call the fridge an "ice box" - and still talk with a Southern drawl, "you see lots of awl wells in Texas"
