No doubt, just as soon as he found out what 'Chalmondelay' means. It's not in the Oxford English or Merriam-Webster dictionaries. There is a Cholmondelay family, but they seem to have died off centuries ago, how bumbly of them.:)

I guess I was hoping more people would recognize it.
Chalmondelay is the original word that the British now chummily refer to as "Chumley." I think there was a cartoon series in which the hero's associate was called Chumley. (If memory serves, that hero had a "Maxwell Smart" voice.)
