Thanks Jen! Well, CG taught me how to post pics. TS is graciously allowing me to have some of his web space (I owe him lots.) I may lose it if he finishes another song though. LOL!
I'm not 'that' kind of girl!
Whew! I was getting worried there for a minute. LOL! ;)

The Curiously Twisted Tale of the Peg-Legged Pig
My brother had a farm in Georgia, and a neighbor, Mr. Fulcher. My brother told me this story:
Brother: Good Morning, Mr. Fulcher.
Neighbor: Mornin.
Brother: Youve got a nice place here.
Neighbor: Yep Keeps me busy.
Brother: Thats an unusual looking pig over there.
Neighbor: Yeah. That ol fellers been around awhile. I keep him on for good luck.
Brother: Good luck?
Neighbor: Yep. That pig saved my life two summers back. I was tryin to pull out a stump when the tractor flipped on me. It was pressin on my chest sos I couldnt breathe. Well, that pig come along and started rootin around under my shoulders an such, and pretty soon I was able to squirm out from under the tractor.
Brother: Wow! I can see why you keep him around.
Neighbor: Well, not only that, but here in October, we had a fire going in the kitchen stove. After we went to bed, the house filled up with smoke. That pig started rubbing, and bumping up agin the house right under my bedroom window. We all woke up coughin an got out of the house quick. Saved all of us, that time, I reckon.
Brother scratched his head. I still dont see what any of that has to do with the pig having a peg leg?
Neighbor, pulling himself up proudly: Well, sir. When youve got a pig as good as all that, you dont want to go eatin it all at once!
Dont forget to notify PETA.

No problem. He had a job for life.
It was a swinecure.
sinecure (sì´nî-ky¢r´, sîn´î-) noun
1. A position or an office that requires little or no work but provides a salary.
2. Archaic. An ecclesiastical benefice not attached to the spiritual duties of a parish.
[From Medieval Latin (beneficium) sine cúrâ, (benefice) without cure (of souls) : Latin sine, without + Latin cúrâ, ablative of cúra, care. See cure.]
- si´necurism noun
- si´necur´ist noun

Trust Him
Mankind was given many gifts,
Free will, I think is best.
The choice to live a higher life,
Or wallow with the rest.
Ive chosen roads that went nowhere,
Because, I knew the way.
The warnings, they were everywhere,
But I did not obey.
The Lord wont make us do whats right,
But hints to us, Hell give.
If we just listen, watch, and learn,
He shows us how to live.
So read His Word, His Truth is there,
And praise His Holy name.
Then once you let Him guide your way,
Your life wont be the same.
Life will not always go your way,
But with Him, peace youll find.
Remember that come Judgment Day,
He wont leave you, behind.
