Raining here AGAIN this morning. They shut down Six Flags over Texas in Arlington due to flooding there. The front page of the Dallas Morning News is about all the rain we've had in June. It says that this is the second rainiest June on record here before today even started. Through yesterday, we have had 10.39", beating out the previous second highest in 1898. The all-time record is 11.58". And the forecast for today: more rain expected ! We have a good chance of breaking the record today.
This is how our weather goes here in Texas. It's either flood or drought. I would bet that by August, we'll be in our usual drought.
But I am not complainin' about the rain. The temps are great. We're heading for 83 for a high today. Gotta love it ! :^D
