"One minute, my socks and underwear is on the floor and then next thing I know it's not. First the sink is full of dishes and before you know it they're clean and in the cabinet." Hmmm. You must be younger than I thought...

Why? Because I believe in Leprechauns?
Just kidding!
I guess my sense of humor takes some getting used to.

Sounds like my "irreverant humor" touched a nerve. Sorry. I'll try to tone it down.

Not really.
For a sense of how it works here, consult the Callahan's Bar series by Spider Robinson. I understand there's a new book out, and I have to find it and catch up on my reading.
Leprechauns were not a surprise to the regulars at Callahan's. Nor were talking dogs or stick-up artists.
They tended to take everything in stride. Laid back. Laconic.
Like us.

Awwwww...I'm touched that I remind you of your son.
ummmmm...can I borrow 20 bucks and the car keys?
Just kidding!
Okay, I'll settle down now. I don't want to get disinvited TOO soon.

That should be good for three Callahan books.
Might keep the kid out of trouble...
You know, it seems like our voices are starting to echo in here. It might be time for me to mosey on home!!
Good Night, folks!!

I did SFO-HNL-AKL-BNE on my trip back to Australia last year. Some people would think it a pain changing planes so often, but I was just so happy to get off the United flight to Honolulu that I didn't care after that! (The fact that it was Air New Zealand from there on in was a good thing, too.)
And no, I don't know Greg Norman. What kind of circles do you think I move in? ;-)

Good night, All.
I'll try not to oversleep tomorrow.
If I do, Meekie will probably bring coffee early, so relax and I'll be here soon.

"What kind of circles do you think I move in?" SFO-HNL-AKL-BNE ... Big, globe-engirdling Great Circles, of course. Circles filled with musicians, poets, artists, maybe even a golfer or two.
Circles that carry you too often far away from us, but circles that may eventually shrink the globe again, and let you meet more of your FRiends.
