It's been a good year for the Flames, regardless of how this game ends. They look exhausted -- I think Tampa Bay has just worn them out.

So what are we playing tonight, Victoria? I got some new music from Belgrade in today - GOOD STUFF :) It's from a band called Negative. *Really* good rock and roll, as long as you don't mind it being in Serbian lol....

I'm kinda on again, off again. I work a crazy schedule, so sometimes I get to hang out here, other times I'm gone for days at atime. Usually Victoria will ping me and drag me out into the sunshine lol....

Final score: 2-1 Tampa Bay. What an ending to a fantastic Stanley Cup finals.

Well, I had the score right, LOL. Yeah, it was great, I thought Calgary would win because they played better, except the last 2 games.

Calgary played a great series. Tampa Bay came in with a more talented team, but Calgary showed a lot of grit.
Calgary's coach, Darryl Sutter, played in the NHL when he was younger. He was a member of the legendary Sutter family from the tiny prairie town of Viking, Alberta -- six brothers from that family played in the National Hockey League over the years. And they played the same aggressive, gritty style of hockey that Calgary used to make their run through the playoffs this year.
Fantastic prediction in terms of the score, BTW -- you really do know your hockey!

-- you really do know your hockey! I've just got the names mixed up
small mistake, you know, LOL.
Thanks for the info. Calgary is a little team, I mean, just one of the Tampa Bay's player make more money than the entire team. No one expected them to win.

LOL! I think so. ;-)
I don't see Amy around, I guess she's busy. So I'll say good night everybody.
If you can't post the song today, do it tomorrow, TS.

Nice poem. I saw Nancy rest her head on his coffin today and she seemed to feel some of his peace. We are a better country, thanks to him.

Sorry, Victoria
I took another nap. I'm still needing more rest. Not sure if it's a cold or just too much vacation. ;)
I've enjoyed your songs and your tributes to Ronald Reagan. Thanks.
