Numbers
The world is what the world is,
You cant make it perfect.
You cant make it safe.
You cant make it make sense.
If you live an average life,
Half the people that you come to know,
And love,
Will die,
Before you do.
This is a statistic. You can check it out.
Its just numbers at work.
The cold equations.
Numbers at work.
Numbers.
Numb.
Nobody said that Life was fair.
One thing we know for sure.
Death is not fair.
It may be equal,
But it isnt fair.
Young children shouldnt die.
Healthy young adults shouldnt die.
Old people, who have seen too much of sadness,
And have grown weary of the torment,
May welcome uninterrupted sleep.
But Im getting tired of it.

Good evening!
Actually, I just sneaked a look at the computer clock and it's after midnight, so happy Tuesday morning... from the girl more than a dozen hours ahead of the USA, who always seems one step behind.
I guess it's winter coming on (as well as the six-month anniversary of Chris/TrappedInLiberalHell's death), but inside, I feel like I'm dragging around a weight in my heart that will never lift.
Can the dead hear us?
I understand what you did, my friend,
Although it still breaks my heart.
The six months since you passed away
Have torn my soul apart.
Your friends and family, near and far
Still miss your wit and humour
As I did, when I read FR
And your silence gave rise to rumour.
I loved you, but I feared you, Chris
You caught - and broke - my heart
But sometimes now you come in dreams
- Will we always be apart?
So much I need to tell you
So much I left too late
So, if there is an afterlife
Wait for me, near the gate.

A Reason for Living!
The saddest places on earth are graveyards. Not because people are buried there, but because dreams, talents and purposes that never came to fruition are buried there. Graveyards are filled with books that were never written, songs that were never sung, words that were never spoken, things that were never done.
You have talents and gifts that no one else can offer. There are things you can do that no one else is capable of doing quite the way you can do them. Dont rob this earth of your purpose by taking it to the grave with you. You see, we all have a purpose, a reason for living, breathing and existing. We all have unique talents and gifts that were created and given to us to be shared. Our task is to understand this and figure out what is our purpose."
