Please pray for the peace of the Church is not in the Bible. Pray for the peace of Jer6 is. Pray for the peace of Israel. Just another proof that the Church and Israel are not the same.
The command to "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem" , found in Psalm 122:6. While the specific phrase "pray for the peace of Israel" is not a direct command in scripture, similar blessings and calls for peace are found throughout the Psalms and prophetic books: Psalm 122:6: "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee".
Psalm 125:5 & 128:6: Both conclude with the blessing, "Peace be upon Israel".
Isaiah 62:6-7: Mentions "watchmen" on the walls of Jerusalem who are urged to "give [the Lord] no rest until He establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise in the earth". Psalm 122:7-8: Continues the prayer, asking for "peace within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces". The command in Psalm 122 is often cited by both Christian and Jewish communities as a call for the security and well-being of the city and its Psalm 122:6-9 KJV - Pray for the peace of Jerusalem - What Does the Bible Say About Pray For Israel?

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, sorry for mis spelling
I’m all for prayers.
American ground troops is a non-starter.
Psalm 122:6: “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee”.
You need an editor to help you write and compose your random thoughts.
Romans 12:18 says that we should walk in peace with all men. That does include the church.
We should be praying for the peace in Israel, but that certainly does not mean that we shouldn’t also pray to be at peace with one another.
The word of God tells to us to try to resove matters between ourselves and avoid taking our issues into a secular court. A part of that peace comes from asking the Lord for guidance through prayer.
It’s because some people mis read the Bible so it’s is confusing. The church is not Israel now.
Some people believe in replacement theology.
Hogwash..
Basically I’m saying pray for the peace of Israel is not praying for the church
They ate two different things.
We should pray for peace everywhere
Insane world Protestant Christians incited to fight Muslims to support wars that kill many Catholic and Orthodox Christians in the Middle East along with the Muslims.
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
What are you saying?
No kidding.
Yeah. There’s a MAMMOTH Church rupture dead ahead; Catholics and Orthodox are going to slam directly into YHVH in a clash over whether He’s doing things THEIR way or HIS way, and 2 Thess 2:10 will see an absolute hail of CINO bodies hit the floor.
That bit in there about “those who are perishing because they refuse to receive a love of the Truth”...?
That’s a sword that cuts straight through the heart of Christendom and divides between those who are vested in their own views, or humble enough to abandon them when YHVH goes a different direction than they expected.
“Israel” IS NOT SYNONYMOUS WITH “The Church.”
Those who believe so are going to have their world ROCKED.
All who are a true part of “The Church” are grafted into a spiritual Israel that is greater than both the House of Jacob and The Church, BUT INCLUDES BOTH to the extent that they confess Jesus as LORD and Christ.
Jeremiah 31.
JESUS IS LORD.
Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens believes the Church is now Israel.
But Jesus comes back to rule the earth in Jerusalem.
They are don’t believe in the Rapture which is certainly in the Bible.
Bless Israel, be blessed, curse Israel be cursed.
The church and Israel are not the same
I’m saying what seems to end up happening in the world I live in...
“Pope Leo praises heroic action of priest killed by Israeli tank fire in Lebanon”...

Are you confused about something? You will not find anything about The Church in the Old Testament.
There’s a Religion forum.
Correct, pray for the peace of Israel is to pray for the peace of Israel.
What God says stands.
Ya, that’s want thus is
