The only thing really notable in Joe Biden's otherwise forgettable tax raising speech on September 16 was the frequency of his coughs. A cough count of 18 coughs in a 22 minute period. Therefore I have edited his boring speech down to only the coughs in this three minute clip.

Congestive heart failure can produce a persistent cough.

Here again is the ultimate in small minds.
There are many reasons for a cough that are inconsequential other than to the misery of the person afflicted.
Allergies.
Sinus drip
And maybe worst of all, the side effects well known to users of Lisinoprii, a very effective and often prescribed drug for those with high blood pressure. No big deal except to those suffering the side effects.
I happen to be afflicted with all three. Some days one or the other and other days all three together. Those are miserable.
There are things going on in this country that should be of much more concern to the pin heads than Biden’s cough.

My son and my mom both had CHF. The wet cough and swollen legs was a clue. Lasix drove out the excess fluid for both. My mom was treading a fine line between CHF induced coughing and kidney damage from Lasix trying to compensate. In the end, another cause of the wet cough appeared for my mom...cancer in both lungs. She passed a week after that diagnosis.
Another cause for cough is blood pressure meds. Lisinopril causes a dry cough as well.
He coughs when he lies. Just like Hillary did.

Or a prelude to resignation “for health reasons”.
One’s throat gets itchy after blowing 8 lines of Adderall to be “competent” for 15 minutes...

Left ventricle less than optimal, lungs congest. Resulting in fluid retention which gives people fat ankles Etc but he doesn’t look like he’s retaining fluid.
One of the prescriptions for that is HCTZ which will ckear up fluid retention,
The restricted ventricle causes systemic compensation. The bidy keeps compensating because it’s out of whack for whatever reason.
Take tobacco smoking, people assume it’s lung cancer or heart disease but what kind of happens in a lot of cases is that people are restricting their oxygen levels when they smoke and for the system to get O² in sufficient quantities the heart has to work harder to pump more blood. The Heart compensates over time and with chronic use of tobacco by physical enlargement and so many smokers actually have quite a few complications from enlarged hearts due to smoking and the body’s compensation for the lack of O²
