Left ventricle less than optimal, lungs congest. Resulting in fluid retention which gives people fat ankles Etc but he doesn’t look like he’s retaining fluid.

One of the prescriptions for that is HCTZ which will ckear up fluid retention,

The restricted ventricle causes systemic compensation. The bidy keeps compensating because it’s out of whack for whatever reason.

Take tobacco smoking, people assume it’s lung cancer or heart disease but what kind of happens in a lot of cases is that people are restricting their oxygen levels when they smoke and for the system to get O² in sufficient quantities the heart has to work harder to pump more blood. The Heart compensates over time and with chronic use of tobacco by physical enlargement and so many smokers actually have quite a few complications from enlarged hearts due to smoking and the body’s compensation for the lack of O²
