Democrats are having flashbacks of what happened with the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, but this time it is with current Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.

Many Democrat politicians have been tiptoeing around his feelings and not directly asking him to retire because they are frightened that it may look too political.

But what they want is a new, young liberal justice on the court in the place of the 82-year-old justice, CNN reported.

Not to mention that Sotomayor is almost 70 and has had Type 1 diabetes since she was a child.

Let Bryer retire and the Republicans in the Senate can hold up any appointment until a Republican in back in the White House.

Just as Trump is the real and legitimate POTUS currently, as the other ‘guy’ committed treason culminating in taking an oath. And, Roberts committed treason in administering that oath.

Just as all that, SCOTUS currently has two legitimate justices, not nine. Clarance “But, John, this is the end of Democracy” Thomas and Sam Alito.

Why? Breyer has voted 100% party line.

How so? The filibuster is gone for Supreme Court nominees, and Democrats control the Senate.

Not sure they could hold it up. Harry Reid nuked the filibuster on judicial appointments. And, anyway, you just know that Murky and Mittens and probably a couple others will vote to confirm whatever leftist wack-a-doodle the administration proffers.

The reason for the Rush is that it’s quite possible that the Senate goes GOP in 2022 and if they can pick up 2-3 seats they might be able to stall the nomination until Trump gets back in :)

If only no one had listened to Lin Wood when he told Georgia voters not to bother voting in the runoffs that put two Democrats in the Senate and gave control to the Democrat Party to approve new Supreme Court nominees ...

“If only no one had listened to Lin Wood when he told Georgia voters not to bother voting in the runoffs...”

Since there was a 35% increase in turnout in the 2021 runoff from the previous two runoff elections in Georgia, it doesn’t seem like your narrative matches reality.
