Barack Obama is an illegal President, who has likely committed felonies in office and there is an active conspiracy to prevent the American people from learning the truth.
There is evidence that Obama’s birth documents and Selective Service registrations are forgeries and that he is using a stolen Social Security number.
Yet there are no investigations to ascertain the facts. There is only willful ignorance.
Many of our political leaders and government officials are either actively or passively complicit in this crime against our Constitution and our country.
Attorney Leo Donofrio has documented evidence that Justia.com, the main resource on the web for all things related to United States Supreme Court holdings, has been censoring various references to Minor v. Happersett (1875), the Supreme Court case which proves that Obama is an illegal President.
These revisions, which began prior to the 2008 election, must have been directed by persons with sophisticated legal knowledge and were likely perpetrated by Obama supporters to mislead the American people.
There is no way that it was an accident. As Donofrio writes this is a “red alert moment for our nation.”

If you are correct, then (generally speaking):
Practically all of Congress, the Supreme Court, Federal justices & prosecutors and on down to the state & local level are knowingly & willingly disregarding the respective oath of office they swore to uphold.

There is something that has not been published; some accepted and agreed redefinition or interpretation of law & constitution that both defies common-sense -and- validates Obama’s eligibility, however slight.
I refuse to believe the former and for the life of me, I can’t think of anything in evidence of the latter. The only thing I believe is that something is fishy and we may *never* know the full truth. In the history books, Obama’s presidency will always have an asterisk next to it. Especially in the minds of patriots.
After winning the house we were told Issa would be investigating the Obama administration and unethical practices, hasn’t amounted to anything. There are no checks and balances.
Oddly enough, I think that the bottom line is that Obama is “America’s Putin”. As Putin was raised by the KGB, and all his cronies are part of, or deeply affiliated with, its successor agency, the FSB; so too is Obama’s past, and that of his mother, covered with the hand prints of the CIA.
Remember that Bill Clinton also had some very dubious connections with the CIA, that were never fully resolved, and those connections were to some extent maintained even when he was governor of Arkansas.
But starting with Obama’s mother, virtually everything she did after leaving college, be it further education or employment, had strong connections to the SE Asia operations branch of the CIA and its affiliates. Likewise, Obama’s miraculous education and employment, seemingly observed by no one, also had a lot of “connectivity”.
The best evidence of all of this is his amazing records invisibility. No single person, even a connected congressman, could achieve what Obama achieved, after the fact. This means that the deception was a very active program begun very early in his life.
His rather pathetic group of 1960s radicals could not have achieved this. This is a professional “biography rewrite” by people who know what they are doing. Even someone in the FBI’s Witness Protection Program doesn’t get a fraction of this amount of scrubbing.
This is an expensive and difficult process, which seems to imply that Obama was being raised for a very particular purpose, that will likely never be known.
So why does someone like this become a US senator? As a wholly owned property of the CIA, it might seem to be something of a conflict of interest for him to serve on both the senate Foreign Relations and Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs committees, and act as Chairman of the Senate’s subcommittee on European Affairs.
Being on the Foreign Relations committee would mean that he would likely eventually be rotated to the senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which determines the budget for the CIA.
But if he was to become the “CIA president”, it would likely benefit the agency enormously.
Checks and balances are long gone.
Unfortunately for us, Goldwater, Birch, and McCarthy were correct about an enemy within. an enemy who has been slowly, patiently destroying the US, its culture, freedom, and middle class.

Then Dim Bulb Durbin says that any of the assembled illegal immigrants can become President.
Both feel comfortable enough to flaunt the law on national television.”

Going Galt is the best remedy for these global socialists and communists. They can’t make do without OUR money. I think a nationwide refusal to pay income taxes may be the only remedy that we have left if Obama cancels elections or becomes ‘America’s Chavez’...which some would argue he has already become.

Prior to Barry's smiley faced forged LFBC being release, I had written (again) to my (allegedly Conservative) "representative" to both D.C. and local offices.
I kept the letter very, very short and to the point. I simply asked how someone who was admittedly born a subject to the British crown could possibly be considered a "natural born Citizen" of the U.S.
I said nothing about his B.C. or lack thereof.
The reply I got back was, paraphrasing: 1) Barry won the election, we need to abide by it and 2) Barry has shown (the short form at that time) his HI b.c.
I responded back stating that I said or asked nothing of his B.C. and reiterated my single sentence question.
I never heard from them again.
Conspiracy? Sure looks and smells like one.

Assuming Barry's father really was Obama Sr., Barry was born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England, inheriting his foreign father's foreign citizenship by birthright.
Then, when Kenyan gained it's independence, Barry obtained Kenyan citizenship at age ~2.
He possibly even had Indonesian citizenship if his step father Lolo Soetoro adopted him.
Forget dual citizen...Barry was/is a multi-national. He never was a "natural born Citizen."
Question is, do enough people care in the present day that Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution is currently being completely ignored? Where are all the "Constitutionalists?"

Um, I’m not too sure about that last part, “...a Congress with morals.” Harry Truman likened Congress to a whore house.
The fix was in very early on.

I’ve found it peculiar that so many Congressional members kept stating the same thing: native born citizen equals natural born citizen.
CRS appears to be the suspect source providing Congress with disinformation.
Consider:
“...the action taken (i.e., responding to congressional requests for the preparation of a legal memo addressing presidential eligibility under the Constitution) was plainly within the jurisdiction of the Congress, both under federal law – 2 U.S.C. § 166(d)(1) – as well as the Constitution — Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 regarding the formal tallying of electoral college votes.”
This is criminal and constitutes violations of and criminal offenses under the federal “Fraud and False Statements” statute, 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Someone is going to prison.
