Bercrombie is a liar, by commission or ommission, but he lied in the letetr: the state of HI has not verified what is in the online and factcheck photocopy artifacts and in fact the state official stated that they could not make a determination without first-hand examination. No secret is safe. The question is: Who will be first to blackmail Obama? China? Israel? Russia? the Clintons?

although it is tempting, copies of the vault bc obtained through illegal means would would worthless. if the source of the bc is not apparent to the public, obama supporters can easily say that the copy is forged.

also, any illegal access to the bc would “corrupt” the integrity of the original bc and make it impossible for a legitimate copy of the bc to be accepted by the public.

they would always be able say that the original document was tampered with.

i do not believe that the state of hawaii is “hiding” the bc. they must follow their own privacy laws about release and verification of bc info and will only release it under court order or with obama’s permission.

this is the only way to reveal the vault bc. anything thing else would noo more credible than posting a scan of the bc on a website.

of course i know the difference between a colb and a birth certificate. however, i don’t see why you feel the need to ask me this.

the point i was making in my original post was that hawaii has NOT verified the birth info that was posted on fact check and all of those other bs sites.

i was trying to provide evidence against the statement made by many people that hawaii has verified that obama was born in hawaii.

this article can be linked or referenced in blogs and letters to the media, courts, congressmen, senators, etc in response to claims that his bc info has been verified by hawaii.

I agree, Abercrombie is staying with the “official story” but you must also remember Abercrombie is the one who said back in May’08 that Jr was “trainable”. Most people reading that email won’t notice that he didn’t say he knew Jr was born in Hawaii, and it wasn’t an error or omission, it was done on purpose!

I am not all that sure that a video recording of his step grand mother conducted by a non objective party and translated by an other non objective party will be admissible in an American courtroom.

Are you sure there is an actual vault that contains all the birth certificates of all the people ever born in the state of Hawaii?

actually, there is supposed to be a storage spot for the official certificates.

if one cannot be provided, that leaves you with eye witness testimony and the kenyan copy (i quick googled and found loads of references, but no pictures)

The date stamp is not the date the act/record was reported, only the date the certificate was printed. This is not an original, but a certificate of the record. The original is archived somewhere,and the certificate is a computer file repro of information.

Order your Birth/marriage cert and see what date is on it. Many states do not photocopy the original, rather they print a certificate, dated as of the print date after it has been requested.
