Has Chief Justice Roberts considered the full implications of the action he will take on January 20, 2009?
At this moment in history, one man has the power to stop this monumental fraud and uphold the Constitution. That man is Chief Justice John Roberts. He can and should refuse to swear Obama into office until such time that he has delivered proof of his compliance with Article II Section I, which he has thus far spent a million dollars in legal fees refusing to do.
But if you expect Roberts to do it, you had better think again...

"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

You are probably correct but I still want to find out where this man was born and why/how it got this far.

Obama’s college records at Occidental and Columbia are what intrigue me. Why hide them? Remember when they posted Bush’s Yale transcript all over the internet during 2000? Where is the same eagerness? I can be naive, can’t I?

If he WAS a natural born citizen, he would have provided proof.
The constitution is the highest law of the land, and it will be circumvented in 8 days.
Problem is - and I know you already know this - lawsuits before Obama is inaugurated have been, and will continue to be, dismissed for lack of standing.
After Obama is elected, in theory, such suits should not be dismissed, because any individual uniquely and adversely affected any of Obama’s official acts as President - e.g., a fired or demoted civil servant - should have standing to sue. But that’s theory. In practice, there’s no way a federal judge would allow the suit to go forward against the political tidal wave of Hope ‘n’ Change. The court will invent some technical ground to dismiss such a suit.
So Obama’s gonna be President.
