Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Rubio was born in Miami. I’m not sure, but I suspect that Miami was part of the US at the time he was born - which, of course, would make him a natural born citizen.
It was passages in Dreams along with MANY other things that make me think that:

If nobody else was playing at the tables, Gramps would sometimes spot me a few balls and teach me the game, but usually I would sit at the bar, my legs dangling from the high stool, blowing bubbles into my drink and looking at the pornographic art on the walls-—the phosphorescent women on animal skins, the Disney characters in compromising positions. If he was around, a man named Rodney with a wide-brimmed hat would stop by to say hello.

I can still remember the excitement I felt during those evening trips, the enticement of darkness and the click of the cue ball, and the juke box flashing it’s red and green lights, and the weary laughter that ran around the room. Yet even though, as young as I was, I had already begun to sense that most of the people in the bar weren’t there out of choice, that what my grandfather sought there was the company of people who could help him forget his own troubles, people who he believed would not judge him. Do you think a few newspapers showing something different than the microfilm will cause an uproar, investigation and impeachment? There needs to be a solidly built case showing fraud with intent to deceive. Play it the wrong way and he will just blame others for tampering with things. In the end he will probably say he was lied to all his life and play the wounded deer card. There HAS to be evidence that he knew and deliberately deceived and the case has to be SOLID. Even then, the MSM isn’t going to touch it.
Not necessarily....maybe no pictures because he was hidden. A shameful family secret. Maybe he was born in Canada to hide the disgraceful little black baby. Maybe he was hidden until he got older and a story was concocted. There are many possibilities. I am confident one day the truth will emerge.

It makes Rubio a native-born citizen. According to most interpretations of the founders' intent, he does not meet the requirement of natural born citizenship since his parents were not citizens at the time of his birth.
I was speculating and forgot about the Indo school document; although bgill reminded me it could be forged; who knows. I don’t know what other old or contemporaneous documents there are with the Aug. 4 birthday, what ones are there? So much - most - is inaccessible. Such as his kindergarten Noelani records - “Oops, lost!”. Or any other school documentation. There’s the Selective Service application, a forgery, both the “documents” presented by Zero, forgeries.
The immigration documents for 0bama the Kenyan are very suspect; very likely have been tampered with before release.
There’s the announcements - ha ha, what else is there? Other than newspaper articles since he’s been in the news that might have mentioned a birthdate.
I retract my speculation because due to complete lack of any real documents, there is no way of knowing when he was assigned the Aug 4 birthdate. Everything from the DoH is extremely suspect.
Why would Stanley or the Dunhams want to take a baby that Anna and Obama Sr. had? Why would they want to do that and why would she send Barry back to HI to live with Gramps and hang around Frank as soon as Frank got a divorce and his wife moved out. 1970, Frank’s wife moves out and 1970, Stanley ships Barry’s a$$ back to HI and dumps him off while never in her life letting little Maya out of her sight. SAD is NOT the mother.
Are you sure? I have searched and searched for verification that his parents were not citizens when he was born and I cannot find it anywhere. You very well may be right and if they weren’t, he is NOT eligible.

I’ve read it a number of times, that they had esacaped from Cuba but were not yet naturalized; either one or (IIRC), both. I have read some speculation by (someone?) that because Cuba had some sort of protectorate or like status, that Cubans qualified as citizens but I think that’s utter nonsese.
